Blackberry Kale Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 2-4 leafs of kale
  • 1 banana
  • 1-2 dates
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 inch piece of orange peel
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3-4 ice cubes

 

Optional:

  • 1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
  • 1-2 scoops protein powder

 

Directions:
  1. Add all ingredients to any blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
